The terrain is not decoration. It is measured.
Because when it is your place, close enough is not. Every model starts from the same public datasets that surveyors and hydrographers use. We resolve your place to exact coordinates and build the geometry from measurements, not artistic license. If your creek bends, the model bends with it.

Lidar terrain
Aerial lidar from the U.S. Geological Survey's 3D Elevation Program, accurate enough to catch the rise behind your house. We check it more times than we should.

Bathymetry and shorelines
Coastlines, bays, and lake beds come from NOAA survey data, so the water on your map sits where the water actually sits.

Roads and places
Street geometry and place names from OpenStreetMap. Your cul-de-sac counts as much as Everest. It just has better parking.
